Escand language solutions works with both Microsoft and Macintosh systems. We have extensive computer experience and competence in Windows Office programs (for example Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and similar programs from Apple (for example Pages, Numbers and Keynote). We also handle files from multiple Adobe applications in addition to multiple graphics programs such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Quark Express.
Regarding specific translation tools such as CAT (Computer-Assisted-Transl(Translation Memories) we work with the most used programs on the market, mainly Trados Studio, Across, MemoQ and memsource.
We can also handle files from the latest translation programs, such as STAR Transit, Déjà vu OmegaT, Passolo, Alchemy Catalyst, MetaTexis. XTM and SDLX, Escand language solutions linguists can also work with a customer-specific translation program (often web-based), which is provided by the customer when a translation is ordered.
We will deliver the translation in the format that you have asked for. The delivered translation files are normally in MS Word or come as PDF files. Other specific projects obviously have different requirements, wishes and needs – Escand language solutions will then see to it they are carried out accordingly.
